The town of Torredembarra is privileged to possess one of the few natural beaches left in Catalonia, Els Muntanyans, which has semi-shifting dunes and salt-water lagoons.
Other beaches with a constant flow of tourists are La Paella, where you will find the promenade, and the beach of the Maritime district. Also of interest are the cliffs of El Roquer, which are around 2,000 metres long and 25 metres high; and the port, which provides a wide variety of shopping and leisure opportunities. And in the town's historic quarter you can admire the castle, from the mid-16th century, which began being restored in 1998, and whose importance lies in the fact that it is the only civil building with a new Catalan Renaissance plan which exists in Catalonia. The oldest building in Torredembarra is the town's Tower, probably from the 12th or 13th century and in the Mudejar style.
